"Just completed our first follow up. I ws a little thrown, since Doug was a bit early, and I was on my way home form an errand, but the follow up went without a hitch. No rodents. There was a sign of rodent activity outside where it was expected at one box, but no intrusion into the premises. Very happy so far with the company and tech!"
