"Great company! Called to have my chimney and wood burner check out and cleaned. They were in contact with me several times until my appointment. When Daniel came out he explained exactly what he was going to do and then afterwards explained it all over and made sure I understood everything. Their pricing was excellent, they were all very kind and I will definitely be using this company from now on!"

"I have no idea how their actual service is because their customer service is so abysmal I didn’t want to bother with them. When someone finally got back to me weeks after I had originally called them, they decided to call me twice to insult me about how “people get some water in their chimney after a rain and they panic.” I am not sure why he decided to call me back after I told him I wasn’t interested in his $185 evaluation and condescending talk about how their company could be “out all day looking at water issue” (news flash: it’s your job!) if they responded to people looking for estimates, but it certainly wasn’t to be helpful! I see I’ve missed another call from him as well… Anyway, maybe they’re better at cleaning chimneys than they are at being courteous, but I’m guessing their customer service attitudes reflect their workmanship."

"Did a terrible job. One chimney did not put back together properly and could not put surrounds back on. Talked about putting in a liner and said that he would order it for me for cost and that he had a 8”to 6” reducer that he would give to me for free. Then he told me to look on line for the material which I did and then the price of the adapter was $40. And before he left it was $50. Today I called to ask what the price was and he flew off the handle at me and told me it was now $100 Such vulgar language he used with me and said that he was going to come down here. He hung up on me and a few minutes later he called back and told me that the invoice that I signed was information that he was going to send to my insurance company. ( for what that means??????). BEFORE YOU HIRE HIM DO YOUR DUE DILIGENCE"

You might be tempted to call some other chimney sweep because they claim to be "advanced".... DON'T! You will be drastically overcharged for mediocre service.
