"I have seen both Dr. Ramburg & Dr. Shetty. Both have a wonderful bed side manner. They will listen to what you have to say & your concerns before they make their diagnosis. Dr. Shetty seems to get patients in & out in a quicker manner, that keeps your time spent in the waiting room down. If you are being seen by Dr. Ramburg, be prepared to wait (this is not a bad thing, she takes a very detail oriented approach to your care, which does make the wait time longer). Everytime I have seen either doctor at Total Family Care I have been given the correct diagnosis & have been treated with respect by not only the doctors, but the nurses (some of the best nurses in Preston County, in my opinion) & front desk staff. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a new doctor."
