"Horrible experience. Took forever to schedule an appointment. Finally got in, they were never on time and sessions weren't consistent. Some would last 30 minutes, some would last an hour (seemed to depend on how late they were running). After a month I got a call saying they weren't certified for my insurance and I would have to find another place to take my child. Asked for them to email a list since they canceled my appointment less than 24 hours before and after I had already tried to get her appointment moved up because she was in need, and was told no, they can only mail it. They do not care if your child is in need or having issues, they just say sorry nothing we can do. My advice, find someone who will care about your child and skip this place!"
