"I was on vacation in the area and had a small injury that needed attention. I made an appointment online and checked in through their website, which made the arrival check-in a breeze. The front desk staff, nurse, and doctor were all extremely friendly and professional. I appreciated that they made me feel comfortable and cared for, even though I was not from this area. If you need medical attention when you are in the Deep Creek Lake area, this clinic is highly recommended. Thank you for taking such good care of me when I was visiting."

"Fantastic, efficient, stress-free experience at the McHenry Urgent Care office! The reception staff were very friendly and professional; Tracy the CNA was kind and helpful; and the NP (I wish I remembered her name!) was knowledgeable and thorough. Less than 5 minute wait time on a Friday morning, and the check-in process was very quick too considering I was an out of town new patient. I would come here for my primary care if I could!!"

"If I was able to give them a 0 star I would. My sister was down there two days ago. They said she was fine. She stared to get worse so we took her to are regular doctor today. Her eardrum was ready to rupture and she has a viral infection and now she is on a strong antibiotic. All they seem to care about is to test everyone for covid. Would never recommend coming here. -5/5"
