"Just need to put signs on dryers that don't have heat , so you don't waste your money like I did plenty of times"

"Seems like no matter when you visit, one of the machines eats your money and you can’t get it returned. There’s a number to call but haven’t heard from anyone yet. One of the machines ruined my comforter. Twisted it into a ball and the knot is so tight, its impossible to unravel it. The soap wells need cleaned badly. Overall area is clean. Couldn’t get the bathroom door to open. One wash load $6.25. You use a preloaded card to operate the machines. They do have laundry carts to use and an automatic door, which makes it nice."

"I hate going here, but due to water issues at our house, it’s sometimes a necessity. Multiple machines are broken and have been for years. The entire place is dirty and unkempt, so don’t be surprised to find a pile of used rubber gloves or any other manner of questionable items lying around. There are usually some questionable people here too. The dryers are mostly broken and only some are labeled as such, you usually find this out after you’ve wasted your money on them. The owner is MIA, and when you call the “help” line, all you get is a voicemail than is never answered. If you know of another place that isn’t as dirty or as much of a rip off, please go there."

"DO NOT GO HERE! I have been coming to this laundry mat for roughly 7-8 months now. Over the course of these months, i have had MULTIPLE articles of clothing come back with MULTIPLE holes in them! Brand new clothes as well. Also, dryers don’t seal! I have gone and come back to my dryers wide open and clothes on the floor. I have witnessed the dryers just fly open! The machines will eat your money and not even fully wash or dry your clothes! SAVE YOURSELF SOME MONEY!"

"****DO NOT COME HERE, their machines steals And there is no recourse!!****** Look at the pictures, half the machines dont even work!! You need cards for this establishment. It cost $1. I put $15 in, had a balance of $14 . I went to start my washer machine and it said invalid. Went back to the kiosk where you buy card and got invalid card. So where is my $15??? While there a woman warned me that the driers don't always start but will take money from the card. There was also another gentleman that got real angry and swearing because his machine didn't work. I called the number on the wall and I get voicemail. I left message 3 X's, no callback."
