"If I could give them no stars I would. This place is some redneck nonsense. I should have known when they needed me to prepay in advance for the order that they would just send me whatever they wanted to. The boards I ordered had termite damage and were split right down the middle. "Thats what reclaimed wood is" Kleat said, a week and a half later when I could finally get a hold of him. We specifically told him they were for floor boards in a high end home. Oh "we could have brought them back and he would have made us new ones", he said. We didnt have weeks to wait for Kleat to care about us. Funny, 5 email requests and phone calls and a week and a half later he tells me it was a custom order and too bad. Go check out Tindalls! Kleat will take real good care of ya! We were looking to build a relationship for future purchases. Tindalls was looking to get rid of wood they didn't want. After not hearing from Kleat for over a week, we went next door to Barnyard boys and they had beautiful floor boards with no cracks or termite damage! For 1/3 the price!"
