"Very poor communication. Went in to price decking material. Went back week later to order but they made us wait and have the 1st guy we talked to put the order in. After 3 trips we finally were able to order and pay. Was told we should have within a week. No one will help with our order except the 1st guy we talked to. Everyone else just wants to pass a message to him and not help us and he is horrible at returning calls. Over 2 weeks later we still havnt received our materials of over $8000 which we paid in cash. Was told delivery today but at 5pm on a Friday I highly doubt that will happen. Not happy with the total lack of customer service and the obvious commission based work ethic of the employees."
