"Wow! I wish there were more stars! Where do I start? First I went to 2 big box stores, a local company then Richard was recommended to me by my neighbors ( he just did their floors too and their son's rental properties). The other companies failed miserably in many ways. Richard and his crew were professional, respectful of my things, punctual, cleaned up as they went along. Not to mention the floors look amazing! I have already recommended them to my other neighbor and will continue to do so. I'l be calling him again when I have the bedrooms done.
