"This is just a small example of Gilmore's hack of a roof he did on my place. Pure laziness not to remove the old drip edge before putting the new one on. The crew half-a$$ed the job since I was in the service at the time and couldnt be there to supervise what was going on. In the approximately 8 years I've had this roof it has been fixed in more than one place due to water leaking past where it was not properly sealed to the siding. He will never get another penny out of me and I discourage anyone looking to hire him."

"We had some work done by them about 4 years ago. They did an excellent job! One year after having the work done, our toilet (they put in) started leaking and ruined our brand new floor (they put in). Adam came out to check it and agreed it was their wrong doing. He fixed it within a week without even having to fight him on it. I even got to pick a new floor cause the one I had originally was not in stock and would have to be ordered. I could not have been happier with their customer service. They stand behind their work and product!!"

"Exactly two years my girlfriend had her entire home carpeted by Gilmore and before the first year had passed, one room needed restretched because it was getting large wrinkles in it. They begrudgingly came and fixed the problem. The next year another room was doing the same thing. Carpet had not been laid correctly. Even though she had paid $5000 to buy the carpet and wanted to have Gilmore give her an estimate to do flooring in her kitchen and two bathrooms, Gilmore was NOT willing to restretch the carpet in the second room without charge. What kind of company will not fix a problem that they caused during installation? This company lost the kitchen and bathroom jobs and all her future business because of this. Very poor customer survice."
