"I had to get my sneakers fixed urgently and found the store details online . I called and was told they were closing but since I needed it to be fixed right away , they said will wait . I reached there 20 minutes after their closing time and Mr Edward the owner right away tried to fix the sneakers .I give a shout out to this store and their great customer service is because to encourage people to give their business to them as they respect their customers and make sure give prompt service and we all know it’s so hard to find these days ."

"I went to the shop to get new heels put onto my dress shoes. Was surprised when Ed asked if I wanted to wait for he would do it right then. I said sure for I am a half hour away from the shop. He brought me in the back where he proceeded to repair the shoes. I was so impress with the speed and precision of his work. Ed is very pleasant. pricing was reasonable. I would use him again in a heart beet. Thanks again!"

"Not recommend - DON'T go to this place! Took my leather boots there that I've had for years just to get the hard rubber souls partially glued back to the leather boot before they completely fell off. The guy (never saw who he was in the back) got glue all over the sides of the leather and the rubber. I could've done a better job myself, that's how bad it was! I had to go to another shoe repair guy (in Plains, PA) to fix the this guys major screwup! The guy working the front counter was nice. Would've gave 0 stars if I could though."

"I got some oil on my brand new Jordans. I started to panic and I tried calling all around. Found a place in Philly but they had a week turnaround time. Brought in to Ed and he had them on my feet like new in minutes. I love supporting local businesses. I’ll definitely be back."
