"Right before xmas for some reason they told me that my prescription needed a Dr. approval. It had 6 refills. Called them guy said price and the next day I waited in line for 20 minutes . It was not ready. Told it would be 25 minutes till filled. Left and then there was no notification that it was filled. I then had it transfered. Went to pick up my script at other pharmacy and they refill the wrong one. Apparently walgreens filled it and did not notified me it was ready. Here I sit again waiting for a refill at the other pharmacy. I am so over you Walgreens!"

"Had a scrip called in at 11:30 am went to pick it up at5:30 pm on the way to work and it wasn't ready. And the young women working was helpful. I ask how long and she was like it's going to be a minute meaning it's going to be a while."

"I have been hung up on and placed on hold 10 times and am still calling. All they do is put me back on hold after they answer and then it rings 100 times times and then CLICK! I’m still trying on hold and I’ll just get hung up on again. I will NEVER USE THIS WALGREENS EVER AGAIN. HIGHLY UNPROFESSIONAL WHEN A WOMAN WHO HAS GONE 2 DAYS WITHOUT HER PSYCHIATRIC MEDICINE WHICH SHOULD NEVER BE STOPPED DUE TO MEDICAL COMPILATIONS LIKE SEIZURES! OK so the guy finally answered the phone just now and I think they were just very busy and he was very very nice and was very very pleasant so I’m gonna stop complaining"

"My experience last night I feel shed light on systemic issues that are above and beyond specific staff members. I made an appointment for a flu shot online. Arrived on time and could quickly see how overwhelmed the entire pharmacy department appeared. Two staff members ended their shift, leaving three people, including the pharmacist. At least in terms of last night, this woman is overworked and overstressed. In the midst of waiting for my flu shot, she was on the phone with one customer for 15 minutes. This then had a ripple effect where she had to call an insurance company, again leaving her stuck on the phone. Meanwhile, the system began to identify my appointment as non-existent as more time passed. After 30 minutes, and no headway on the vaccination, I chose to leave. Really hoping management takes a look at scheduling practices for staff members (which I recognize are beyond my scope as a customer). Definite negative impact on customer experience, and I have no doubt, willingness of workers to show up for work."

"Corporate changed the policy on some coupons without changing the signs on the product. Poor cashier had trouble doing the return and recharge. You must have the electronic coupon now. Never needed it before."
