Lakeside Laundromat

"Nothing but junkies that come in at night to use the bathroom and steal anything valuable from customers while customers are not paying any attention. The lady employees are useless , one gossips about every customer that uses the laundry machines, the other lady mops the clean floors 40 times a day.."

"EDIT: I have now done two loads of laundry here, and increasing rating as this laundromat was the only one in the area that had clean/non-moldy washers. BUT, check the dryers, as many are beat up and can snag clothing (but the ones I used seemed to dry well enough). Also, some of my items were damaged (see photos), I think due to a black spot in one of the dryers :/ . WiFi is free and works well. Largest laundromat so easy to social distance. Original review: Disclaimer: I have NOT yet done any laundry here, just exploring the local “24 hour” options. Unfortunately this laundromat is NOT 24hrs as stated on GMaps. Largest interior of the 3 places I went, lots of seating and ability to social distance, couldn’t see the bathroom because it is only open 8am-8pm, free WiFi; change & detergent machines as well as vending/snacks. Machines and dryers seemed clean enough at first glance but the large washers had wads of hair and pet fur stuck to the metal interiors (& other reviewers state that dryers don’t work and you only get 5mins??). The most expensive prices compared to 545 & Lakewood. 2x / Double $2.50 4x / Maxi $4.75 6x / Mega $6.75 TopLoad $3"

"Dryers are 25c for 5 min! For that price they should at least get hot. After 7 quarters and 30 mins for a single load, my clothes were still wet-not slightly damp but wet. This is my second time here with the dryers not working. Last time I was here, the owners (according to the attendant) took 4 folding tables up to do their laundry. I gave 2 stars because it is clean, attended and have a lot of washers. Even with that going for it, I wont be back"

"One of the cleaner laundromat in the area. I bring bulkier items like bedding here that would take too long at home. They have a coin machine and soaps available if needed. Usually always somebody on staff available to help."
