Cranberry Car Wash

"I have a full size van, hit the $14 complete wash said it had a tire scrubber and under under Carriage spray. Neither one worked. Got the attention of the attendant working there in the service Bay and he said oh that one doesn't have a tire scrubber even though the machine charged me for it then I didn't get a receipt either."
