"I went in twice….. I bought a couple of things the first time and hesitated on a clock my son would have loved for his hockey team! When I went back today it was gone but Dave went out of his way to look all over the stores to find the clock for me! My son will be thrilled, and I will continue to shop there as their customer service is second to none. Thank you again!!"
"First time to store. Very friendly and helpful to us looking for Xmas gift for grandson. Found something we thing he would really want and gave us a great deal. Will definitely be back."
"Been going there for years. Good selection and handling of autograph signings is awesome. I have prepaid for autographs for signings at their stores and have dropped off items to be signed at private signings. No problems at all. I had emailed them on 1 signing and received quick responses and my item was very well taken care of. Very trustworthy, always look for more signings they have. Will continue to purchase autographs from signings there. Thank you"
"If you’re wondering why you can never find retail it’s because these guys buy it out in bulk and have it marked up 2-5x MSRP and then tell you it’s impossible find. They think you should over pay for the privilege to maybe pull a decent card. Save the drive over and take your business elsewhere. Otherwise you’ll be like everyone else who walks out laughing as soon as you hear the pricing."
"I’m breaking this honest review into 3 parts, the three most critical for me for this hobby: selection, service, and pricing. 3.5/5 seems to be more fair, but Google didn’t let me do that Selection is a 5 stars - they have just about every box from every set in every era, so much cool sports stuff for every kind of fan. This is a genuinely amazing store, with a selection I’ve seen few other places. They have rare baseball card boxes that I’ve never even heard of! Service was a 3 star - I was there around 1:30PM on Monday, the dude working was really jovial, friendly, and told me if I had any questions to ask. I was there the week before, when an older mustachioed gentleman was working. He was a pill, scowled the entire time. While he wasn’t overtly rude, he said only “thank you” unprompted at the end, and had a couple of terse answers to my attempts at smalltalk. I could understand why this would make some people feel he was being “unfriendly”. Pricing was 3 stars - I mean, they’re a business, so I can’t get too mad. They charge what they believe the customer will pay, which means charging 79.99 for the new Pokémon box that retails at $35-45 on average, because the the supply has been sparse the first couple of weeks. Don’t bother with the “MSRP” nonsense I’ve seen on other comments, I have my finger on the pulse of this hobby pretty well. While they have done nothing “technically wrong”, when you have tons of people telling you that you charge to much, you probably do."
