"We called to ask about landscaping rocks. We were told $10.00 per 5 gallon bucket. We bought 1-2 bucket loads and were charged $60.00. Not what they quoted and we drove 35 minutes to get them. Won't use them again."
"Waited six months for paver material to be delivered from manufacturer NicoLock. Was told supply chain issues time and time again. But that's where the problems only began. The customer service at All Landscape Supply was awful. I could never get someone to call me back with an honest answer regarding delivery time. They'd promise a callback when I did get someone on the phone, but never would. It was only when I'd find time to go into the store a few times where I would get at least an estimate delivery. When the delivery did come, it was incorrect for the patio components we wanted. Then, when I was told everything was delivered, a key border stone - 60 pieces of it were not delivered. Needless to say, this place has lost my business forever and may you never give them yours! Run Forest, Run!"
"I actually enjoyed their services. I bought a few yards of soils from them a couple of months ago. The services was great. The guy that was sent to help me select the kind of soil l needed really helped me a lot, so when l finally went to the office to make a payment, l met the owner, he also helped too. The delivery was done on the same day they promised. Thank you."
