Instead, they've decided to call my plumber to tell him I was going "outside of the chain of command". Hmm, it wouldn't have hurt anything to gently and graciously tell me, "We are wholesalers only and will ship to your plumber". Instead, when I was harassed (by obnoxious and repeated phone calls) by my plumber, they continued to call him, even when I called a different plumber, asking them to order the filters for me. Poor form."
