I appreciated the communication on the one issue that arose, as well as how tidy they worked! It was apparent that they worked efficiently, confidently, like a well oiled machine. I'm sure this job was on the simpler side; one story, nothing crazy. But they worked at a steady pace all day and if it wasn't for some afternoon distractions, I wanted to send out some cold drinks. "Wish I would have got an estimate first. Waited over 7 months to have minor repairs made. Received a 15 minute notice they could do the work now. Was charged $350, yes, $350 for 1.5 hours work,. 8 gutter hangers, and 1/2 tube caulk. Inquired if my bill was confused with another job, was told no, this is correct. The guys that did the work were efficient and friendly. Apparently they charge $200/hour. Now I know who NOT to call. BEWARE, BEWARE !!!!"
