"First note that I now own 3 buildings and, over the past 15 years, I have had Gutter Helmet installed on all three by Lednor. My repeat business was brought about by my complete satisfaction on job 1 in terms of functionality of the final product, cost, up-front details provided by the sales agent and reasonable fast fulfillment of the installation. That satisfaction on job 1 led to jobs 2 and 3 and I am equally 100% satisfied on those 2nd and 3rd jobs. Note that my 4th interface with Gutter Helmet via Lednor was a '"repair" of an issue that was NOT caused by a Gutter Helmet issue but rather an issue caused by the builder of my home 20 years ago. Gutter Helmet had to come out and modify a gutter-installation that was incorrectly done by my builder and which had caused overflow issues unrelated to my "Helmet". The fix was corrected in 1 morning and the cost was only for materials. I will place Gutter Helmets on ANY building in the future that I may come to own- I am 99.99%... What the Hell... I am 100% "happy" with the function of Gutter Helmets and with the installation and customer services provided by Lednor."

"We had a great experience during the sale process. The device was installed 3 days ago. They did not install the guards as promised on our flat roof area which created an issue with that roof draining properly. First rain 3 days after installation, water was running over the device in 3 spots and dripping off the gutter on to the ground. They returned and assessed the install and rectified the flat roof and the regular gutter drips. We were pleased with their attention to making it right. We were still a bit disappointed that it wasn't done correctly the first time, but Ron has been very accommodating and helpful."
