"The montrose location is absolutely ridiculous. I showed up one night to cash lottery, they refused and said they stop at ten. Tonight I showed up at 9pm. When it was my turn to the register, they refused to help me and proceeded with shift change. Made me, and a whole line of customers wait in line almost a full 20 minutes, and after waiting that long they laughed and said they can't do lottery after shift change. It was only 930pm."

"Got pizza and mozzarella sticks from here. Not first time, first time was okay. This time the pizza was disgusting, undercooked, and made sloppy. The mozzarella sticks weren't done. They were cold. Never again."

"Ordered via kiosk, paid, and the girl making hoagies never made mine, made three that were ordered after mine and completely ignored me when I said something! Was in a hurry, so couldn’t waste anymore time waiting. Paid for a hoagie that I never got!!!!"

"My mother in law & I drove thru the drive thru window. We ordered a sub. Although, the cashier who took our order could barely understand us, our sub came out fine. It was made with fresh bread, veggies, meat, cheese. It quick service."

"Went through the Drive thru and look, if your headset doesn't allow you to hear orders properly, fix the problem! Then of course my order is in correct. Then I was told to "pull around " and after waiting for another 10 minutes, went in to find out where my sub was, they still didn't have it made. The manager came over and said it was hard to hear on the head set, and I was still trying to talk to him and he turned and walked away!!! Are you kidding me? Made me feel like I want to return!"
