"Went into this location with blue prints to get a material takeoff. The associate assured they could get me everything I needed within two weeks. Two months later and the guy has stop responding to calls. He's usually out on a delivery or when he would actually talk to me said there was confusion between him and corporate. Another associate there said the guy was looking for help because it was above his knowledge level. Finally got a partial estimate which contained only framing materials after being promised much more and was advised even that was missing some pieces they don't supply that he was supposed to quote me for later (he didn't tell me which pieces and stop responding to my emails/calls). Made me empty promises. I would've appreciated if he had told me from the beginning that it was out his or the companies rhelm. Even though many contractors have told me its not that difficult to do. Just disappointed that they strung me along for that long. I would definitely recommend using another lumber yard or supplier. Apparently these guys only care about the much bigger fishes, probably larger builders/clients. I was looking to purchase supplies to build a complete 2 story home and apparently wasn't worth their time."
