"Staff seemed very nice but i wasn’t really hoping to come home with my dry cleaning and still have to do some of my own lint rolling. Maybe i’m not familiar with what dry cleaning is supposed to be but there was still a good bit of visible hair and a surface level stain that I was able to get out now with a rag. Definitely better than before though and it doesn’t smell bad or like chemicals"

"I took a beautiful white 2 month old comforter there to be washed because it’s too big for my washing machine at home and they have commercial sized washers and a dryer. The washing part went fine, and then I put it into their one big commercial sized dryer. After about 30 minutes my comforter was finished drying. When I reached in to pull out my beautiful white comforter, there were brown sticky spots on it that were not on it before I took it to the laundromat. Upon further inspection, there was some sort of brown plastic melted to the inside of the dryer that melted all over my white comforter. The lady that works there was so apologetic and said they would fix it or make it right when the manager got there the next day. The manager called me said there was nothing she could do she didn’t want to try Anymore to remove the brown stuff because it would ruin the comforter.... and I could come pick it up. Did not offer to make it right in any way. Told me they inspect the washers and dyers after each use. I stated obviously not bc there was brown plastic melted inside their dryer when I went to use it and they never noticed. She said it’s hard because only one person works there. So what is it, you inspect then after each use or you don’t. She said they don’t take responsibility for anything. They could have offered to do anything and they did absolutely nothing. Do not take anything there that you don’t care about losing. Terrible way to run a business."
