"Our little guy has been with Sparkles since September 2021- over two years. We moved from out of state and our little guy was just over 1 years old. He started in the toddler room with Ms Lupe, who loved our little boy like her own. Our little guy then moved to Preschool 1,Ms Caty, and Preschool 2, Ms. Yeisy. Our little guy continued to flourish and thrive in each new phase. Each classroom has amazing teacher assists too- too many to name! The student teacher ratio is excellent. We started Sparkles when he was still on bottles and now he is almost fully potty trained! And he has learned so much - it is really more of a school than a daycare. The Director Ms Garlene is amazing - she is passionate, caring and ensures parents are happy. My son asks to go to Sparkles and they thanks God every night for going to Sparkles, and so do we. Thanks for everything Sparkles Crystal City!"

"Our son was here from 5-12 months and the teachers in the Infant classrooms were absolutely amazing! They were always so tender, kind, attuned to my son's preferences and needs, and even helped us as parents get through the times when Julian had his first sicknesses, rashes, etc. (the first ones are the scariest!). The app the school uses is also really comforting as you get constant updates and photos all day so when you miss your little one, you can still get an idea of what they're doing. Every parent needs a village and the teachers at Sparkle will become part of your beloved village! We are so grateful to you all."

"My son attended sparkles for five years and it was definitely part of my extended “village.” It’s truly the classroom teachers who are the heart and soul of the program and what makes it so worthwhile to stay - and I would give them five stars! They all cared so deeply for my son and all the children, work so hard to create a loving and caring and thoughtful environment, and communicated well with me as a parent. Extra props to all the wonderful teachers who do such an incredible job and cared for and taught my son so well from six months through preschool were Ms Nina, Ma Zorayda, Ms Lucia, Ms Lupe, Ms Nikki, Ms Marta, Ms Ana and Ms Erika! All are incredible women, caregivers and teachers. I gave four stars overall, however, because I do think Sparkles administrators could better engage with parents and staff a bit, and equip the teachers with resources, advanced training and tools, and higher pay, but that’s the state of Child care in America, in general. Overall, we stayed in Sparkles for so long because of the quality of the teachers care and love, my son felt so safe and comfortable and happy there, and so many of his classmates also stayed for 3 to 5 years so he built his own little friendship village, especially over Covid which was so important!"

He’s been receiving care at this center for 1.5 years. We are thrilled with the structured curriculum, activities, and overall care of our son.
