Reminded me of the services offered which was a plus because I forgot they also do comforters, wash n folds, & alterations. Always a pleasant visit when dropping off and picking up my laundry. Their turnaround is great as well as they have same day service."

Recently spoke with their team leader, Amy, regarding concerns I had about cleaning an old comforter of my mother’s. She gave me assurance of a professional cleaning without damaging the comforter. I was very pleased with the outcome as the comforter looked amazing. I also noticed a sign on the door which says they will clean an outfit for an interview, free of charge. You don’t find many businesses willing to go out of their way for the public. After the terrible events at Rustic Ridge, they cleaned the clothing for Rustic Ridge, free of charge, for two months. Quality service and kind people."

"Dropped off 1 mens dress shirt Friday Nov 17th ... i called first woman said it would be ready Saturday after 5pm ... called at 4pm Saturday and girl said not till Monday. I said thats not what I was told i needed it for Sunday or i woulda went somewhere else ... she starts to look for shirt and says its lost. Puts me on hold and left me there. I had to call back. She said she called mgr then almost 2 hrs later called me back at 545 pm said it was attached to someone elses order but it was ready. I had to stop making dinner drive 20 minutes each way before they closed at 7pm. I just looked at the shirt and it looks horrible. Worst experience ever. I won't be back and won't recommend."
