"Went to this shop a few times out of mere convenience, definitely not impressed. The service is lacking, on more than one occasion, the issue was not fixed the first time, the cost of the labor is outrageous, and when they do finish, they won't even call you to come pick it up. They won't even answer their phone if you want to check the status of your repair, you have to waste gas to drive down and just hope that it's finished. As for the two men that work there... I honestly have never met anyone, let alone two people, who are just so miserable all of the time. I can't believe that "Ride and Smile" is their slogan. It's as if it's a burden for them to take your business (unless they're selling you a bike, then they'll GLADLY take your business). Thankfully, there are a plethora of other bicycle shops in the area that are not only willing to take customers' business, but they do so at a reasonable price."
