"Awesome flooring and knowledgeable owner, but very disappointed, no one in the store wears masks, nor did the people who came to measure my 80 yr old parents home for carpeting...5-6 days later my father came down with Covid and was hospitalized. When I called there And spoke with woman who answered phone, she was very short with me when I asked if anyone there was positive for Covid or had symptoms, she stated no one currently had symptoms....I gave her the very strong suggestion that maybe the employees should where masks since there is a world wide pandemic going on...it could save lives...she was very curt with me and attempted to state something medical to me and I informed her that I am a medical professional and that the statement she made was absolutely incorrect!"
