"A year ago, drove an hour to drop our gun off at the appointed time, and arrived to a locked building & no-one answering the phone. Made a second, pre-arranged, trip and dropped the gun off, to be given a completion date of about 3 months. Now, a year later, and several unmet completion dates, called for status on 10/5/23 (after being told it would be ready in September) to be told to pick up the gun, that he was working on a gun he's had for 5 years and is now too backed up to address ours. Very unprofessional, arrogant, and rude. Drove to pick up the gun, and he ran out of his Quonset hut, handed it to my son, and ran back inside. Recommend one steer clear of this outfit!"
