"Kids bought me a gift certificate so I finally stopped in for a fitting and to order a set of clubs. He was very knowledgeable and helped me pick a set that I liked and hit well with. I was a +1" and +2° which, to my surprise, he had...in stock....he told.me that people don't generally like waiting 3-4 months for clubs so he orders several different options in order to have them same day... needless to say I'm thrilled to be trying out my new clubs tomorrow morning! "I normally do not write reviews, however after reading the negative reviews, I had at write about our experience. I have been a sales manager for 10 years. The woman at the front desk was beyond wonderful and helpful. We went in to look at a beginners set for myself. After how knowledgeable and friendly the sales woman was we then ended up with some new clubs for my boyfriend as well, who is an experienced golfer. The prices were spot on and they have terrific pricing on used clubs. We will always go there for our golfing needs!"

"If I could give it a ZERO I would. Woman working the desk treated me as if I was not as important as a MALE customer. that since I was 5'5, the same clubs work for everyone, just how much did I want to spend? Seriously? Then we (my husband and I ) asked questions. We were given less than basic answers. Finally I asked why they have that room in the back, since the same clubs work for everyone, and was told that that area was for the MEN, as sometimes MEN are shorter or taller. Really just abominable customer service. Finally I just walked out. I HOPE she works on commission, because I then bought a very nice set of Cobra clubs (they were a mens set, as when I worked with Paul, a lovely and knowledgable man at Dicks, who had me trying a bunch of different types, found the one that suited me). Boy, I so wanted to waltz those clubs back into that store and have my Pretty Woman moment."
