He brought a four-man crew, at sunrise, along with his own heavy chipping equipment. Being line qualified, Will was able to work on branches over electrical lines. Right in the middle of the project there was an emergency with a weathered, collapsing, light pole. The guys jumped into action, Tied it off, and advised us About contacting the utility company. Then they returned to work. Will be speaking with them about work on other similar projects in western Pennsylvania."
