"I called on Monday for a dumpster to be delivered on Wednesday & they were here to drop it off at 9am. The rental was for 1 week but I ended up needing more time. I called & left a voicemail & a text message on Tuesday to ask what the fees would be for extra time. I got a call back within 30 minutes & a text message back within 10 minutes & both employees (or owners, not sure) said the same thing, that I could keep it until Monday & there would be no extra cost. Come Monday I sent another text message asking for 1 more day & that I was willing to pay but they gave me the extra day at no extra charge. They were supposed to pick it up on Tuesday but they ended up picking it up on Wednesday morning. I was completely ok with that since they gave me the extra time with it & it wasn't in my way so I didn't mind it sitting there the extra day. I also had to ask them a couple questions during the time I had it & she responded to my text messages either immediately or within 1 hr. The person I texted with & the other person that I talked with on the phone was always courteous, professional & available no matter if it was a simple question or an urgent question. I would definitely recommend them to anyone that needed to rent a dumpster for any reason whether for personal or professional use. I will definitely use them again if I ever need to rent another dumpster & I would definitely give them a call if I ever needed a pressure washing company. I never used them for pressure washing but if they were that professional with a dumpster rental then I can only imagine they are professional with all their services."

Called to have them pick it up, AND while here, the driver laid some wood We had placed under the dumpster, against the house. Very happy with them and would recommend. They immediately delivered the dumpster with no harm to my new-ish driveway. We filled it to the brim and they came the next business day after we were finished to pick it up.
