"First time and last time visiting this location. William sat me in his chair, didn’t say a word, didn’t turn me to face the mirror once during the duration of the cut, didn’t ask any clarifying questions about what I was looking for. Just started hacking away while I sat facing the parking lot, blind to what he was doing. He didn’t ask how much I wanted off the top, didn’t ask if I preferred squared or rounded in the back. Just started hacking away. Ultimately ended up with a cut MUCH shorter than I wanted and faded my sides almost all the way up to the top of my head, undoing the subtle taper my previous barber had maintained. I’m left more or less shaved on both sides of my head with a disconnected mop on top. It’ll grow back quick, but just a really poor cut and general overall experience."
