"Was refused wash while I wait on Friday because they it was 5pm and they close at 7pm. Had 10am load time Monday was called after 9am and told they needed my msds to even start the wash. A "manager" said he wasnt here on Friday so I asked if he was not responsible for his employees he turned his back and ignored me. Needless to say almost 10am trailer still on the lot and still waiting."
