"This company is terrible! The cleaning staff does the bare minimum- if they even show up! Our office was so filthy that patients would complain. If they cannot make their cleaning date, there is no communication to even the managers that they didn’t clean. A month after the separation date, we had to call on our attorney because they wouldn’t return our keys. Stay away!!!"

"The director is a piece of work! There not for there partners at all! Bad communication skill and don’t take up for them at all. They underpay and lie a lot. Makes you feel like your working for them and not yourself! There only about there money they have no interests in helping the cleaners out what so ever! I will not recommend them to anyway also they have a lot of hidden fees and payment they don’t share with you in your meeting so be careful!"

"We have Building Stars as the cleaning company at our church. Terrible performance and service. Soap dispensers never filled, toilet paper always empty, cob webs in the hallway. Emails and texts to the technician and supervisor are met with excuses or ignored completely. I am already in the process of getting quotes for a new cleaning company as soon as our contract ends! Very frustrated customer!"

Building stars is simply amazing! I would recommended anyone to either buy into the franchise or at least let them clean your commercial building!"
