"Most of all the staff is friendly and professional. However there is this short bald guy that is about the least professional human being that I have ever done business with. Condescending, rude, impatient, egotistical, and short tempered are just a few words that come to mind when doing business with this guy. So if you don't want your blood pressure raised, I would ask for someone else. I wouldn't even go back to buy anything here if there were other options."
