"Very unprofessional. I am a truck driver with my own authority. I arranged to haul a load of pipe for core and main thru a broker. He spoke to the employees at the State College PA branch informing them I’d arrive at approximately 3:15 pm. I got hung up in traffic and didn’t arrive til 3:30. However that should be no problem as their phone recording states they r open til 4:30. But of course when I arrived the gate was locked and not a soul around. So not only did I waste time but a lot of fuel getting here. Thanks for nothing"
