"I wasted a lot of money here. Washers not working, one load was soak and wet. I'm looking for a better place"
"The washers are filthy. 75% of the machines are out of order. Of The few that did work, one did not spin or wring the clothes out AT ALL. Another washer just never started/didn’t fill with water. The clothes smell like wet dog now from the water. Get to the dryers and most of them don’t work either. I knew when I walked in and saw the filth and everything broken that I should just turn back around..learned my lesson. Place should just shut down."

"Edit: The owners responded very fast to my review and sincerely expressed their apologies. I appreciated that a lot. Original post: Just had my clothes ruined because the washers were not cleaned and something that was in the washer stained my clothes horribly. Then I tried to use one of its coin machines to get a laundry bag so my ruined clothes were not with my good clothes and had my money taken with nothing coming out."
