"8:30 in the evening on a Sunday. Floor badly in need of a sweep and a mop. Outdated dryers..first dryer smelled like someone peed in it ..second dryer seemed ok..third dryer didn't seem to work ..fourth dryer shakes the entire floor and is very loud..next dryer sounds like it is scratching something apart. Dryers seem to give about 6 minutes per quarter but do not seem to dry very well at all! Very disappointed and will not be coming back."

"Brightly lit 24 hours a day, well-kept, clean and user-friendly, I have been a patron of this laundromat for 12 years. Currently the price of one washer load is $1.75 and the dryers run 5 minutes on one quarter. The machines are kept in good working order, the dryers are hot, and only once have I encountered a faulty machine. There is one bathroom. There are detergent dispensary machines. The change machine has always been reliable. And if you have a few quarters to spare for the kiddos, there are a few candy, pop, and game/claw machines. The locals trade books and magazines on neatly kept shelving, and a bulletin board with local services and events is informative on Jimtown’s goings on. The rugs are clean, the carts work and the tables are spacious. It’s a little busier in summertime with Pymatuning campers frequenting the ‘mat."

"Very clean in the laundering area. The rest room needs updated and cleaned more often. People are helpful at times and friendly. I've only had one issue with a machine here and the issue was corrected promptly. I really feel the owners do really try hard to keep this place nice and clean for the customers."

"Been coming here for years. Only recently (Covid reasons possibly) have there been issues with the snack vending machines and claw machines not working correctly. Good at marking out of service machines. Most repairs and refunds are fast. Most dryers are always hot and fast. Occasional problems that are usually fixed by the next week. I've been in there while people have gotten pretty mad at the popmachine for being labled wrong and costs more than it says. But hey, if that's all you've got to be upset about in life, more power to ya. Better than Andover and Cortland laundries by far. No pinball though. That's a bummer."

"Washers work good. Big ones are $3.00. I don't use the dryers, so I can't help ya on that."
