"Shoe selection okay but HORRID customer service. Literally FOUR employees just sitting on the front counter. One was the MOD (manager on duty)!! When I reached the front not a single person got up. Finally someone says "you have a customer" while the rest continue to sit on their phones. Here's where it gets better. Not only was it horrible service but before I can start walking out with my children with me, they then start talking about how the girl didn't fill out the receipt properly and another responds swearing about how "she doesnt do that s*** ever" neither. At this point I asked for a managers name. Find out this one girl is manager on duty and when I say shes setting a horrible example for her employees she replies with a snarky "okay" and continued. How horrible!"
