"The Director/Owner Ms. Hawkins stated that I'd receive a refund of my holding spot during their pre- opening tour. When I asked what would happen to the fee if we decided to send our child elsewhere, she said I'd simply have to let her know & they'd refund the money. There weren't any other stipulations relayed at that time regarding the refund. If I had known otherwise, I wouldn't have signed her up. Especially since they didn't have a firm opening date. My husband and I decided to enroll our child elsewhere, since we weren't able to reach anyone by phone at the Clinton location. Unfortunately, after I requested the funds be returned, I've been ignored. I find that to be extremely unprofessional & deceptive. Definitely wouldn't want to send my child to an establishment that's operated by someone with questionable character & business practices."
