"I don't usually write reviews but felt compelled to do so in this case. I contacted Dalton's via email on a Sunday(through theor website) about scheduling an emergency sameday septic pump/cleanout the following day. They responded to my email within a few hours and advised they were able to fit me in the following day(Monday). I was extremely grateful as my septic system had started to back up in my basement and our bathrooms were completely unusable....which was a total nightmare when you have a family and kids. Not to mention, disgusting. Dalton's was very responsive, quick to get me scheduled sameday, professional, and reasonably priced considering it was an emergency situation. I would definitely recommend and use them again!"

"Our septic tank was getting pretty close to be being full to where drains were slow after heavy rains. Called Katelyn on the eve of some stormy weather that we were due to receive. Explained our situation to Katelyn who jumped through hoops to get us taken care of asap. Katelyn went out of her way to get us on the schedule immediately. Katelyn was very understanding, empathetic, and determined to have us taken care of. Would highly recommend Dalton for water and septic needs. Was also very pleased with the field tech that came to our property to take care of septic. The reason for this survey today is I spoke to Nicole the receptionist of the Dalton’s answering service. She is unbelievably kind ,professional very helpful sweet caring individual. She made our choice very easy to go with this company. I scrolled through the telephone book and had 2 other people in mind. I even had a scheduled appointment with another company. But,after speaking to her , and believe me it had nothing to do with price , It had everything to do with the professionalism and the caring attitude this young lady Nicole had.
