"Great store. Nice staff! Found a great pair of shoes that I just had to have, and the price wasn't too bad. The only problem I have is how much I was up-sold. When I asked to try on a pair of shoes, I was presented with a second pair I did not ask for. A sock that I clearly did not like to wear ( I was already wearing the brand of shoe I was purchasing) because I was not wearing that style. I saw a very similar sales tactic on my partner whom I was accompanying. Not a fan of being hassled to buy more things this aggressively. Otherwise, nice store with a broad enough selection."

"10/28/22. Whatever girl was working around lunchtime today should be fired. Have never been met with such attitude and rudeness for simply walking into a store/ needing sizes. The experience she created was enough to make me order elsewhere in the future."

"August of 2022, I purchased 3 pairs of shoes ONLY because Journey's was advertising a 365 day return policy. If the shoe could not be repaired then it would be replaced, no questions asked. Today when I tried to have a pair of shoes fixed or replaced, I was laughed at my the store manager."

"Two very kind young girl helped my daughter for 10 minutes just trying to get knee high converse on. Natalie was the one girl and the other i unfortunately didnt catch the name but she had red hair and gages. They were both patient and kind with my 14 year old. They made her day getting to have those shoes. Thank you so much."
