"‼️Singlehandedly the worst establishment I’ve ever trusted my clothing to.‼️Before getting into that I should mention that I’ve had issues ONCE BEFORE SEVERAL MONTHS AGO at a different laundromat. I’ve since replaced ALL OF THAT CLOTHING. Before I even came to this one, I messaged them explaining the situation I’d gone through before because I was anxious about going to a new place. They ASSURED ME NOTHING WOULD HAPPEN TO MY CLOTHING. I opted for their wash, dry, fold service. It was reasonably priced so I figured “why not?” I brought in two baskets of clothing, my husbands and mine (which was complied with ENTIRELY NEW CLOTHING, never worn or washed) when it was returned to me all the laundry was COVERED IN OIL STREAKS, COMPLETELY RUINED!!!! Brand new, just purchased, no way it came stained into the establishment, stained nearly beyond repair clothing! I then messaged the Facebook page again and was met with the RUDEST, most vile person and tone! Saying that because I’ve had this issue ONCE BEFORE, MONTHS AGO, it wasn’t their fault. When everything I brought to them was again, BRAND NEW. They offered to pick up my order and rewash it only to five seconds later take the offer back stating that “they didn’t believe they were responsible.” I had to drive the clothing back. And then, the audacity, the last message they sent stated, “Before we wash anything, we will be cross checking the order to ensure that the items you send back are identical to the initial order. You should be aware of this.” That’s an exact quote. As if I were being purposely sneaky? About clothing THEY RUINED. Never trust them to handle your clothing. Oil STREAKS like that occur from gunked up washers or detergent error. And they were so incredibly rude, again. They didn’t take any responsibility for ruining BRAND NEW CLOTHING. Worst establishment in Erie! Never go. The most rude and disrespectful ?manager?, which I assume is who I had the extreme displeasure of speaking to. If this review seems extremely rude, it’s only because it matches the tone of the extremely rude interactions I’ve experienced with this company. If I could give them negative five stars I would. However, I will say the woman I dropped off and picked up from was a wonderfully nice person! Very considerate. Nothing like who I spoke with through text."
