"I am posting this review in hopes that another elderly person like my mother is not taken advantage of by this cleaner. The cleaner charged $90 for a little over 2 hours of cleaning and skipped or skimmed on expected tasks. Showing up unannounced/an hour earlier than expected without notifying my mother (or her caretaker) was unprofessional. It was made clear that the cleaner came early because she had taken on an additional job elsewhere right after our cleaning. Though she originally agreed to complete certain tasks, she then said they were not included in the price. Clearly the cleaning should have been rescheduled so the proper amount of time was allotted to clean instead of cutting corners and doing a half hazard job. Jamming a dryer so full of wet items that nothing in it could possibly dry and proceeding to leave it for the caretaker to finish is ridiculously unacceptable. Shame on you for taking advantage of an elderly woman and her caretaker."
