"My experience with Taylor Maid Kitchen and Bath Design has not been a positive one. I employed them to install flooring in two small bathrooms and install one new sink and toilet in master bathroom and one new vanity with sink and toilet in second bathroom. I now have three layers of flooring because the old flooring was never removed. The flooring is cut uneven by the door and there is an actual gap where the flooring does not meet the wall. Caulking was used to hide the defect. (Picture Enclosed). The Vanity draws will not open all the way due to the fact they hit the wall. Not planned out well at all and unusable (Picture Enclosed). I find it very odd that the owner or supervisor never came over during the installation or after the installation to verify the work done. Very disappointed in this service and would not recommend them to anyone in the future. I even paid cash for the work being done. When I brought these things to the attention of the owner he offered me $75.00 off the bill or he would try to find another vanity with drawers on the opposite site! At this point I really didn't want any more work completed by this company."
