"Sent my boyfriend there. Charged him $40 without even doing his eyebrows until he asked. The dude totally messed up his beard one side was shorter then the other and he says “my bad man I’ll try to fix it” he didn’t fix it. Owner tells him “any shop charging less then $40 in Luzerne is illegal” ?? There was a rooster in the shop..like what and actual rooster ? Just wanted to try the place out cause it was close to home, but never again."
