Good thing too bc they were incorrect about everything. The engineer they recommended was trash and missed 99% of the issue."
"panhandle employees have been absolutely wonderful and while they do a great job please be prepared to be overcharged by the company. I was charged 3,000 for only the drying process in a minor bathroom flood. They provided an estimate to repair the plaster (the same amount they charged me to take it out) and i was able to have it done for a fraction of the estimate by someone else. Again, they are all friendly and came out within hours of calling, did good work just be prepared to be overcharged."
"Panhandle has been excellent throughout the flood remediation process. Despite there being a large number of flooded homes, they were able to send crews out very quickly to begin the process. Everyone who came to the house, from the managers to the work crews, were very professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. They did a great job with the tear out and cleaning.
