"Mitigation services were phenomenal. Called then and they came out within 24 hrs to assess. Started mitigation within days. Worked with my home owners insurances. Everything was smooth sailing until I asked to be put o. Their construction schedule. They said they were 6 months out. I said that's fine. They never called me back to put me on the schedule. That was October. Its now December and they still haven't put me on the schedule for repairs. I'm stuck trying to find a construction company to fix what they took apart in my bathroom and kitchen."
