"Really frustrating inventory problem. I placed an order a week ago and have so far received 2 separate emails saying that they don't have in stock 3 of the 5 items I ordered! Customer service is not helpful at all, and now they want to charge me shipping because the order total is below the free shipping threshold because of THEIR inventory problem. This is not the first time this has happened and I will no longer buy from them."

"The people in charge are dumb as a box of rocks. This company is located 100 miles from where I live. Delivery date is scheduled to occur on a date which is precisely two full weeks from the time I ordered my merchandise. Mr. Ed must be packing the orders and doing the shipping. If they screw up what I ordered, you will hear from me on that account as well."

"What is happening? I placed an order and I have not received any information regarding the status of my order. I ordered winter jackets and it's winter. I have tried to call the customer service number to find out the order status, the phone number simply asks to leave a message, which I have done so twice. I have not received a call back. The internet states you are "temporarily closed". I would like to know the status of my order, so I can either know when I can expect to receive the order I placed or cancel the order and place the order with another company. Again, WHAT IS GOING ON?"

"Placing the order is easy. Trying to get your money back is so difficult!. I ordered a saddle for my wife on November 30. We received the saddle and the very next day decided it just wasn’t what she wanted. On December 13. We shipped it back to them. It’s now January 9 and we still have not gotten our refund. I called twice and every time they just tell me that it’s “still being processed. It takes several more business days” blah blah blah. When will these companies realize that they need to be more like Amazon and these other companies who refund you so much more quickly. Why would you deal with a company like this when it’s gonna take you over a month to get your refund. I don’t recommend them."

"Hubby ordered awesome butter dish for me for Christmas! Came broken twice. Took forever to get a new one. Finally they read their notes about packing it so it wont break in the mail. Came solid in the box and wrapped beautifully. Love it but didn't get the final one til 2/5. Four stars for bad packaging and slow processing. But they did email me a response and took my calls. Order away! Love the butter dish"
