"Friends staff in the pharmacy. Went there for a flu shot and it went so smoothly."
"Been going there for 4 years to get my prescriptions pharmacy staff is very helpful and friendly!!"
"Typical CVS, although without a drive-thru window. Rarely crowded on weekdays. Easy access and spacious parking lot."
"The manager and employees are so incredibly rude ! Plus the pharmacy screws up the prescriptions on a regular basis. Unfortunately my insurance through work doesn't allow me to get my scripts filled by Walgreens. I miss Walgreens, they were always on top of things, always pleasant, and their products are better priced. The manager at the CVS in Nesquehoning follows me around the store as though I'm some kind of low life thief. That is very upsetting ! I am an essential worker who hasn't missed a day throughout this pandemic ! I would never steal from anywhere ! I spend so much money on a regular basis at this CVS because of my insurance and its close to home. Well, after how rude the manager was to me tonight, I will no longer buy anything from that store ! I will travel somewhere else ! There is only one pleasant employee at that store. I don't know how she puts up with that manager and her co-workers !"
"I couldn’t get out of there sooner. Horrible service from a lady who is a tech. I mean really nasty attitude. They love to leave you on hold forever and somehow you may even get disconnected after the long wait. Its kind of like calling Comcast. Even the pharmacy trying to transfer my families medications from there said they took way to long. If they can make a problem then they will so they don’t have to fill something. At least I noticed things like this happened at their busiest times. One weekend their phone was actually busy for a long period of time. I finally went in thinking something was wrong and they were answering calls from non patients. My son and i could hear them talking. Then they were not very nice after having to fill another script. I knew it was getting later in the day on Sunday. This is just a little of the things that go on there. Don’t get me wrong it just so happened most of my dealings were with this nasty women and most the Pharmacists were not a problem. These 2 women (Pharmacist and Tech) were on the weekend, mostly. Just save yourself the trouble."
