"Very Disappointed in my experience at the Fort Ashby location. I live almost 45 minutes away and went there to pick up a Liberty gun safe that had some "scratches", as they were described to me, for a 10% discount. After getting there and looking at them, they were not scratches, they were major gouges in the metal in the front door. I decided to just buy the new one for full price instead. After getting the new safe into my truck, I noticed there was a large dent in the bottom that I did not see in the store. I asked if I would be able to get a safe discount for this damaged one and I was told no by the manager Keith. So I then had to haul the thing back out of my truck and back into the store and get my money back. Unreal...unfortunately no one to talk to about it because Keith is also the owner...what a shame."
